Chuck Gray Gives 1st Post-Announce Interview to Cowboy State Politics

Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray gave his first post-announcement interview to Cowboy State Politics. He and David discussed the race, all of the liberal votes on the SLIB Board and the media's obsession with Gorvernor Gordon running for a third term.

Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray gave Cowboy State Politics his first interview since his announcement that he's running for the United States House of Representatives.

Gray and the David discussed his reasons for seeking the seat in Washington as opposed to running for Governor--an office that many in Wyoming thought he may file for. A fairly large portion of the interview focused on the many votes on Wyoming's State Lands and Investment Board that Gray has called "woke wind projects."

Top of mind to many in the Wyoming media is the suggestion that Governor Mark Gordon may seek a third term in office. Several years ago, after Wyoming passed a term-limit referendum, the Wyoming Supreme Court invalidated limits for four of the five statewide elected offices. The ruling did not, however, address the office of Governor.

Gray gave his take on that in his capacity as Secretary of the state.
